Lifelines: Upgrading Iinfrastructure to Enhance San Francisco’s Earthquake Resilience
The San Francisco Planning and Urban Research Association (SPUR) has developed this policy paper to raise awareness of the City’s vulnerability and to encourage steps necessary to increase the City’s resilience to a major earthquake, with respect to lifelines.
