Description: PEER synthesizes and analyzes observations and studies resulting over the first year following the 6.0 Mw South Napa earthquake. In addition, PEER reviews relevant and transferable lessons from other recent earthquakes. In this article, It reports 20 findings and 12 priority recommendations.
