Earthquake Hazard Mitigation Programs at the Community Level

This curriculum for a workshop on Earthquake Hazard Mitigation Programs at the Community Level was prepared by Martha Blair of William Spangle and Associates, Inc. with Robert Reitherman of The Reitherman Company.

The curriculum consists of slides and an accompanying narrative. It is presented in four sections which may be used as a single unit or separately. Each section describes mitigation of a different earthquake hazard: surface fault rupture, ground shaking/hazardous buildings, landslides, and liquefaction.
